I tried the survey now. It took me about 8 mins. but I think it depends on how prompt the optional questions are answered, it takes less minutes without answering them of course since all the mandatory questions are choices.
Just a minor note, I think the final thank you statement grammatically needs to be corrected by deleting (is).
I like Fuad's idea of providing a link, and I suggest to provide this general link for those who need further info about some the policy topics within At-Large on the beginning of page 2 of the survey:

in multiple languages but feeding into the same background

I took
the survey on my cellphone on purpose because that's
what we use most of the time. The response check boxes for
rated questions page did not fit in unless scrolled. This is
minor detail but may prove useful.
The issues presented do not have
details or links to details etc assuming members may already
carry background knowledge on the issue. That would be an
over assumption.
Overall the experience was
quick.

The reason is that most people who
have taken the survey so far have been also involved in the
development of the questions, and therefore they tend to
finish it (too) quickly. We need to have a more realistic
estimate of the time it would take for a person encountering
the questionnaire for the first time, so that we can put in
the estimated time to the email to be sent out to the
community.
Please
consider completing this task today.
