I tried the survey now. It took me about 8 mins. but I think it depends on how prompt the optional questions are answered, it takes less minutes without answering them of course since all the mandatory questions are choices.
Just a minor note, I think the final thank you statement grammatically needs to be corrected by deleting (is).

I like Fuad's idea of providing a link, and I suggest to provide this general link for those who need further info about some the policy topics within At-Large on the beginning of page 2 of the survey:
