Re: [ARIWG] At-Large Review: 6-monthly implementation updates
Dear Lars and all I think the June 30 and Dec 31 are very appropriate milestones and easy to remember when they comply to other formal reporting dates - ones I am associated with anyway. Our At-Large Review Implementation Interim Report is attached. I had meant to send it earlier but as we had not yet reached our own deadline date (23rd June 6 months to the day since we were given the go-ahead by the Board), I felt I was pretty safe. But with many thanks to Cheryl and Heidi in particular, as well as to the ARIWG team who have contributed, and continue to do so, to this work in progress on behalf of the At-Large community, we are very happy to present you with our Interim Report. The Dec 31 deadline makes little difference to us as we are planned to report mid Dec anyway... and I see no issue with adjustment of a deadline for following mid year reports to June 30...
Obviously Maureen will also want y discuss with the ARIWG and get back to confirm, but my recommendation is to adjust our future report milestones accordingly.

Dear Cheryl, dear Maureen,
I understand that the ARIWG has just completed its first progress report. Congratulations on this milestone!
I wanted to use this achievement to enquire whether the ARIWG would be open to the idea of modifying the due dates for future progress reports, in line with the OEC’s desire to streamline the submission dates for all current and future organizational review progress reports. This would mean future deadlines of 31 December (i.e. either just before or just after the customary holiday break) and 30 June of each year for the ARI progress reports. The streamlining will allow the OEC to be more efficient in its oversight across the organizational review implementation processes, ensuring consistent reporting standards throughout the community.
I would be keen to hear your thoughts and whether this is something the ARIGW would be willing to accommodate.
Many thanks and best wishes,
Lars
Dear Maureen, dear Cheryl, Thank you for submitting the Progress Report. We will forward it to the OEC immediately. And also many thanks for agreeing to the slight alteration to the reporting deadlines. Wishing you a productive ICANN65!
