Dev, excellent work figuring out a way to compile all this date. More data needs to be collected and certified as correct. The task should be delegated to staff.
This is a natural step towards transparency, disclosure and having a centralized datacenter for all 'metrics' required to measure the Return of Investment (RoI) that is key to justify budeget & Strategic Planning (5 year goals, objectives, activities, etc.).

and also do a regional or worldwide analysis on At-Large, ccNSO, GAC
