This is relevant to get as much as possible your contribution.

The Final Draft Report of NOMCOM review has interesting points. In general  recommendations are rational and adequate and in my view the work of review group on implementation some recommendation will certainly need more comments.

 Think about the recommendation of NomCom members requisites, to help each AC/SOs to better select their candidates to seat as a member of NOMCOM; the recommendation about enlarge the number of representatives to NomCom; the recommendation of more clear requisites - job description – for the open positions in each AC/SO to improve the selection process and get always better candidates…  there are 26 recommendations related to findings.
