On Monday-Wednesday August 21-23rd 2017 the Caribbean Telecommunications Union (CTU) will host the 13th Caribbean Internet Governance Forum(CIGF 2017) in Tortola, BVI. CIGF 2017 will address high priority topics, including Cybersecurity, Network Neutrality, Digital Commerce and Local Content and the growing impact of social media on Caribbean society.The event will be webcast live via the Internet Society Livestream Channel 2, and also facebook. Tortola is AST which is the same as NYC (UTC-4).
