Sebastien made a good comment this week regarding the location of meetings and RALO participation. I would favor giving one slot in the schedule to the RALO ALAC representatives to organize a session on topics that are regionally relevant. As others have pointed out, in many respects the needs of Internet users are the same more often than not.
