This session is now edited and archived. A very good snapshot on the state of play at the Policy Meeting in Kigali, with a focus on the forthcoming new gTLD round, and its Applicant Support Program (ASP). The ALAC (civil society) and GAC (governments) seem on the same page in opposition to the ICANN Board's decision to exclude content based gTLDs from the process. There is also a question of whether the ASP is sufficient to do the job it is intended for,
