I recommend that ALAC make a concerted effort to invite a large number
of members of the Indian Internet-using public to the New Delhi meeting.
It would be very useful to hear how their concerns compare with those
we've heard so far, and to hear what new issues they raise.
How might we find ways to contact the Indian Internet-using public?
