Most all of the arguments I've seen in this thread are like left-over food being warmed up. But still delicious!

Especially the ones surrounding 'representation'. We know the facts. And we know the official ALAC posture - Evan's given the quotations from bye-law - is the best distillate, context and circumstances dictating.

Singularity, that defining attribute for 'democratic' representation. It had never left my head since 2006 and was reinforced when I read Karl's paper on multistakeholderism.

Here's another thought that was generated. In a numbers game, maybe the prospect of say, what...maybe 300M from a certain jurisdiction 'voting' tends to concentrate the mind.
