Dear All:<br><br>The original idea of having regional -Announce lists was for announcing things, but in practice, nothing gets announced in these lists; everything goes in the other two.<br><br>May I propose that we get rid of these? We can always bring them back later, or if any one region wants to keep them, of course we can do that.
