I was wondering if there are any ALSes in Bolivia. I recently began my Fellowship of the Internet of Rights with Article 19 and Internews and am looking for people in my country to get to know them, their achievements and provide some insight as to my work with the Fellowship so far. 

I'm also interested in knowing about the LAC Regional Strategic Plan is going, especially about the implementation phase and working groups.
