I agree. I would love more direct representation (voting seat on the Board etc) but that was IMO never going to happen if the ALAC remained as 15 people who were just appointed. Now that the RALOs in 4 regions exist, I think that we may get more listened to as we are more representative. We can say - hey - 100 or 1000 or 10,000 people and organisations around the world say this, not just us 15. This is already changing the interaction between ALAC and ICANN, I think.

And with the External Review coming up, lets hope that one recommnedation might be to give AtLarge more direct power...
