Subject: [At-Large] URGENT: Monday ALAC Teleconference POSTPONED to 20th November 1330

Dear Members:

Cheryl has asked me to pass along (since connectivity is very problematic) her view that we should postpone the teleconference by one week, so that we can ensure that the greatest participation of members can be assured (which is made complicated by so many of us being at Rio this week). In the interests of full disclosure, I did propose this course of action to her, having seen messages suggesting this course of action from ALAC members present here in Rio...

This will also allow me to complete the work of posting the summary minutes and the action items - which is a sizable list with elements for many people beyond the ALAC thanks in no small part to the work of the Secretariats with various members of other ICANN departments. I'm sorry this is not already completed, but the time between the LA meeting and Rio was short and taken up in no small part by preparations for this meeting. 

I will update the wiki now - the new date and time will be Tuesday 20th November at 1330 UTC.

She asked that I do everything pratical to ensure that the word got out - ALAC members, if you get this email please do respond to the list so that everyone knows that you got the word ;)
