seems NSOL is the dog wagging the ICANN tail.  That's backwards,
IMHO.  But you can bet NSOL is going to put up a hell of a fight.

What ICANN has to decide is whether it's going to fight with
NSOL or seek to weasel out from underneath.  My guess is that
ICANN will fold and eventually plead for mercy from the court
so that none of the Board members have to pay any penalties
to registrants out of their personal pockets.
