Indeed, not related to the Internet at all. CrowdStrike issue. Only those who are using CrowdStike/Falcon are impacted. CrowdStike release an update, and Windows broke due to that update and cause BSOD.
 
How to repair Windows from CrowdStrike issue:
Start Windows in 'safe mode' or via the 'Windows Recovery Environment'.
Navigate to the C:\Windows\System32\drivers\CrowdStrike directory.
Locate and delete the C-00000291.sys* file.
Restart and it should fix the issue.
