Thank you, most sincerely for your great efforts, not only in putting this impressive and comprehensive report together, but for the concept development, planning, implementation and reporting on this workshop that you did both at and leading up to our LA Meeting, and for reviewing and collating the feedback sheets...

I know I’m personally looking forward to building on this experience with our second OneDay  on February 10th which will involve both ALAC and the RALO secretariats,  which has its proposed format and agenda outlined on pages 21 – 22 of the report...

I also particularly like the bright and friendly format you have used, and wish to thank Izumi for the use of his photos...

CLO

And do enjoy KL,  it looks like you should report back to us on the session your  involved in  = there is a clear nexus with that and what we are building in At-Large J

Subject: [At-Large] Report on the Workshop

Dear Colleagues!

Warm greetings and hope my message finds you all well!

Some time has passed since our ICANN LA meeting, and our OneDay Workshop, but the week after ICANN LA meeting was again very hectic for many of us with IGF in Rio ...

In spite of your very busy schedules, many of you managed to find some time to provide  feedback on the Feedback Questionnaire that was sent to you after ICANN LA meeting and I thank you very much for taking your time to share your views and comments. Your feedback is crucial for futher developments and initiatives of ALAC - At Large.

Attached I am sending a REPORT on the Workshop we have organized in LA with the feedback being included as well as with Conclusions and Steps Forward.

My thanks to you all, who have accepted to participate in the "OneDay" Workshop - it was an exercise, a test, a try - and without you it would have not been possible!

My special thanks go also to Cheryl and Izumi - who have accepted to be part of the Workshop Working team, thus getting involved in planning, implementation, and evaluation stages of this initiative.

Tomorrow morning I am leaving for Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, for the GKP Event during which the "CMB" Training Center is organizing an interactive session on "Facilitating Innovative Approach to Community Development" - www.cmb.md

I will be very busy with the GKP event untill December 14, but I welcome any comments and reactions from you on the Report.

Wishing you all an excellent weekend ahead and all the best,

as ever,

Veronica
