Leon Sanchez, ALAC Member of the Latin American and Caribbean Islands Regional At-Large Organization (LACRALO) and ALAC Vice Chair, developed the first draft ALAC Statement on the Updated Supplementary Procedures for Independent Review Process (IRP).
