Subject: [At-Large] Error in Remote Participation - Webcast and Audiocast

 
Dear Kieren:
 
Most of ALAC and Ralo members I´d talk told me that they had problems with remote participation. Also we are discussing this issue right now.
 
I would like to send to you, if It´s helpful, the error showed by Real Player. 4 people from my ALS (AGEIA DENSI Argentina) had the same error when trying to Participate. Perhaps it has something to do with our lack of technical expertise, but anyway I think you should take this in consideration to make a tutorial or something for the next time.
 
Further than this, I totally agree with Veronica Cretu´s words about this technical issues: 'There should be a clear proposal on improvements to remote participation (we can do that  if we have a list of problems that participants have encountered)'.
 
If other people can help to create this list of problems, it would be great.
