Yep, I noticed as well, but seems as if you are the only one who
has spent time on this! Probably we can start a similar fast track WG to
develop a statement on this similar to the WG on gTLDs? To come back with a statement
in a couple of weeks?
What do you think?

Just a reminder that I started a wiki page on accountability
and transparency. This may be worth discussing with the Board tomorrow. I noted
several occasions in the President's report when comments on the ICANN
transparency process were solicited (and Dr. Cerf said comments would be more
helpful "sooner rather than later").
