Thanks for the remote participation link. Using this link, when I registered to the event (IGF 2015 Workshop Room 3 Day 2), it mentions the time as Wednesday, November 11, 2015 | 12:00 pm Europe Time (GMT+01:00). So it seems that its not 17:00-18:30 UTC rather its 11:00-12:30 UTC ...

Or am I getting it wrong ...
