Dear Olivier,
It was good to see you on the UK Stakeholder call earlier today.
In view of the upcoming meeting in Istanbul and ALAC’s interest in the Applicant Support Program, I wanted to share the news about TLDz Class for ASP Applicants that we recently launched. This free course, completed in just one hour, is tailored to guide aspiring gTLD applicants through the ICANN ASP program, potentially saving eligible participants up to $200,000 in application fees. It covers key elements of the application process, including eligibility criteria, timelines, and the operational requirements of managing a TLD—from string selection and financial modeling to marketing and long-term operations.
With the ASP application window opening next week, TLD Class for ASP Applicants could be a valuable resource for ALAC members to share with interested stakeholders within the At-Large community. It’s designed to support global accessibility, being available in English, Spanish, and French, and could be especially impactful in underserved regions.
For more information, ALAC members can read our blog post or enroll directly through our website here. If you or anyone else needs further details, I’d be happy to help or discuss during the meeting in Istanbul.
Safe travels and see you soon,
Martin
