Dear all,
together with Wikimedia Germany and Youth IGF, my team and I at
betterplace lab have worked to support German civil society input to the IGF.
- Throughout the week, you can witness and join twitter discussions with influential Internet stakeholders via the hashtag #igfquestions. We will run several short interviews on the topics 'young voices on the web', 'good togetherness' and 'algorithm governance & open data'.
- Next to the food court, you will find an exhibition area dedicated at SDGs and sustainability. Today, on Wednesday and Thursday, we and our partners will host Expert Speeddatings from 2:00pm-2:30pm there. Drop by for 3x10min interaction and networking to the following important topics:
Monday, Nov 25, 2:00-2:30pm: End digital violence against women (it's International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women today)
Wednesday, Nov 27, 2:00-2:30pm: Digitization and sustainable use of resources
Thusday, Nov 28, 2:00-2:30pm: Future skills - Concepts for digital education
Also, you are invited to join the
Civil Society Get together this evening. Please register
here so that the hosts have an idea about numbers.
It would be great to see many of you - in person or on twitter! Many thanks for joining in and supporting civil society activities during the IGF!
Best
