The GNSO Review of All Rights Protection Mechanisms (‘RPMs’) PDP Working Group has prepared a survey to understand how the Trademark Post Delegation Dispute Resolution Process (‘TM-PDDRP) works. The survey specifically seeks information about whether there may have been a “substantial pattern or practice” of infringing behavior at the second level by new gTLD registry operators.
