Hi Adam, I asked this same question to a person on the GAC, and this is the reply: {'subject matter experts" not sure they have been identified yet, but would assume ICANN board through their staff who will 'identify' them. Hello there, My observation which I think is a good idea to present here is that, the GAC comprises of Civil Servants we all know what that entails. My opinion is the meeting should have a fair representation of all Constituents. Experts are professionals in their line of duty but that does not mean that the views of the Community will be substantially represented. This 'Selective Representation' may not meet the expectations of that all concerned. The Intellectual Property Constituency is well respected but it represents one side of the coin - I am afraid so. There is a need to revisit this since it is possible that not all Governments are the same - there are changes taking place everywhere as we speak (fragile States etc) Back to square one?
