ICANN gTLD Registry Failover Plan (fwd)

Dear Patrick, we certainly are interested in this issue. And also to its transposition to @large own registry fail-over. It would actually be interesting to encourage a failover protection industry and insurrance system. This would be an extremely important contribution to stability. In order to positively contribute could you indicate: - when your document is to be available - so we have some time to discuss it. - what is the date/time of the meeting dedicated to it.
