I rarely have the opportunity to agree with Antony van Couvering, so after a quick glance at his post on CircleID [1] I concur with it in all parts, though I would have attempted to address the difference of venue -- a subcommittee of the House Judiciary Committee rather than a subcommittee of the House Commerce Committee.
