Alan you are indeed correct and Adam I'm happy to take the point you raised re closing a communication loop and feedback as will as the briefings issue (and it has been a matter many of us have harped upon) so I believe it can be characterized as an issue of concern for ALAC and At-Large forward to the A&T-rt when appropriate...
