Thanks Rudi... the community should note that this WG has already been constituted and its Members have met ans are working online and again in Mexico and we actually created this Charter for community review :-) Also to note is that from the Agreement at the ALAC Meeting in November 2008 on behalf of the ALAC the Representatives are myself as Chair of ALAC and Carlton Samuels LACRALO Secretariat CLO
