Danny and all, Maybe we should be copying these complaints directly to DOC/NTIA so as to raise awarness/concern as to the lack of addressing them by the ICANN staff so that than maybe ICANN will be under a more direct oversite by DOC/NTIA as in accordance with the MOU? It's clear that some oversite is necessary along with some adult supervision. I only would hope that DOC/NTIA is up to the task... A failure of good open and transparent communication, is a demonstration of failing or poor leadership. Danny Younger wrote:

The WDPRS handles over 100,000 complaints monthly. If there is a problem with system-generated follow-ups as he has indicated, then this is a major concern.
...perhaps you'll get around to actually looking into the problem at some point.
