I agree in general to have information is a good thing. However, LAX airport and surrounding area is very much "urban" place and I don't think the wild fire will affect it at all. With news today that schools and even some flights are being cancelled, might I suggest that ALAC recommend that ICANN publish an information alert so those coming to the city will know a. how to prepare for health issues that might arise due to the poor air quality, and b. change any plans they may have made to travel to and/ or visit the surrounding area.
