Re: [At-Large] Proposal: Rotating Chair for ALAC
a priori, the Bret`s proposal sounds really good for me, and this way to elect our chairs is very intelligent. I would like to ear some others ideas and objections, but this, I repeat, seem to me show good faith, and clear. I too strongly support this proposal. It would bring a strong team and continuity to the leadership of ALAC while sharing the obligations among members more evenly and predictably. Past chairs have done yeoman's work, but as the volume of that work keeps increasing, it naturally gets harder to manage both the work and communication of it to the committee and the at-large. The rotating triad executive committee sounds like a good way to cover the chair's procedural and communications tasks into the future. Thanks for the suggestion, Bret, --Wendy carlos aguirre wrote:
