Garth TBH there’s no real “one size fits all” tool out there ☺ We use email, Slack, Teamwork (https://www.teamwork.com/) , ZenDesk and a bunch of other tools for various things. It depends on what people are comfortable with and what you are trying to achieve. Downside – you can’t “browse” archives, though if you are on a paid plan you can search them.
