I understand that there are some folks wanted to go out, instead of staying at the hotel for the dinner. Of course, if we sort of finish earlier, we can go out and drink and talk (except those who have to go to the airport). Accidentaly, my friend (Japanese - now living in Washington DC used to work for UNDP) is now in town in Delhi, to attend his friends' wedding tomorrow, and he invited me to the "Batcelers' Party" tonight - some 25 min down south by taxi.
