The Global Pandemic has now impacted our daily lives for a longer time than most of us would have imagined a year ago. In 2020, the Coalition's Session was entitled: "*Internet in Crisis Management and Renewal <https://archive.org/details/dc-civ2020>*" - and this Crisis has continued to be the past year's "new normal". The Internet's impact has increased dramatically in all aspects of everyone's lives. Technically, it has coped well with this increased use, but there have also been calls for increased control and regulation.
