Oh, is there finally a discussion on something? My email box has just been inundated by posts. After years of waiting to see if anyone was interested, now there's discussion. The only problem is, now it's unintelligible. Please tell me that this isn't a better way to approach this. I'll go back and try to piece together what is the question. But here is my answer: The ALAC community, et al. is not just going to majically solve all problems just by creating another newsgroup discussion. Every time there is a new discussion in dealing with ICANN, it seems the anwer is to 'create a new thread'. This is just silly. Try to get it together first! The structure exists, however everyone is sitting on their hands. It is illogical to think that solving a problem by creating a new problem will work. Randy Glass A@L
