I think our big challenge, as the AtLarge community, is on how to educate Internet end users about these procedures and how to protect themselves online. Some ideas: Include this information in all RALO's newsletters. Request all ALS to expand information between their members. Request all ALS to include this topic in their websites or send it by email to their membership. Include some slots regarding this topic within different meetings or events. Google has created a wonderful "Phishing Quiz" that helps you to identify a phishing attack and avoid it. When you believe the website is OK, other than a particular page, you can report that to the website's hosting company.
