Dear All: As requested on the teleconference today, I have tried to create room in the various meeting slots for all the items for which discussion time was requested. I have also provided draft budgets incorporating the three main themes of work discussed on the last Secretariats teleconference for those meetings, and provided on the Thursday afternoon joint ALAC/Secretariats meeting with time for the ALAC to be acquainted with the results of the Secretariats' work on these subjects as well as time for that work to be synthesised with the work ALAC is doing on the same subjects - especially in the forward- looking planning for the community for the coming year. I am certain that there are missing things (I have to go look at some emails provided by various of you during the budgeting discussions) however, what I hope I have done is broken the work down in such a way that the agendas are not too extensive for the amount of time of the meetings. As always - these are on Wikis - Members should feel free to propose/ add/delete as they see fit. This is hopefully a good starting place though.
