Hi Cheryl, Hong, et al Here's something in the draft I don't understand: On page 5 (Introduction), in the paragraph beginning with "The IDNC WG recommends...", the penultimate sentence reads: ------------------------------------------------ It is suggested that the information will be collected on a confidential basis by ICANN. ---------------------------------------------------- Why the secrecy? We read everywhere else that all the stakeholders in the territory will have to agree on both the TLD and the TLD manager. I'm afraid the 'confidentiality' may become a cover for rejecting proposals ICANN may be uncomfortable with for extraneous reasons. Could somebody explain? Siavash Cheryl Langdon-Orr wrote:
