Dear Carlton, When Evan said Eric wasn’t an At-Large member, I was so surprised because I know Eric very well, and he participated actively in the JAS WG. Moreover, he was supported by ICANN to go to the Cartagena Meeting. So, for me, he is an At-Large member, but needed to double check with the staff. As for his questions, this process is for selecting a Board Director by ALAC/At-Large. So At-Large members are encouraged to ask questions to candidates, and the whole thing is the definition of the At-Large members.
