The document , on a google shared document space - is available at the URL below. I would ask that you, the rest of ALAC, Nick as well as the At-large community please review the document and submit any proposed comments and/or changes. http://docs.google.com/Doc?id=dfndmwfc_10ck6x4h In light of recent comments on the list, I would ask that those who have "issues" with the text - please, don't just complain - instead, suggest changes and/or revisions of any kind.
