For us in the Asia Pacific region it is great news that Asia Pacific now joins LAC and the African regions in gaining more representatives who can bring broader, developing country perspectives to Board decision-making. It will be interesting to see how Org's operating initiatives pan out over the next few years with these changing dynamics on the Board.

Congrats again Edmon, and also to our new ALAC members - Raymond, Laura and Naveed.
