Dear All: Since the time for New Delhi is almost upon us, allow me to provide you with links to documents, agendas, schedules, and travel information. For all At-Large meetings, and links to documents and travel info, please visit https://st.icann.org/alac/index.cgi?new_delhi_meeting APRALO has its own page at https://st.icann.org/asiapac/index.cgi?new_delhi_meeting Note that there will be further information related to travel shortly posted on the travel information page for those attending in person, and of course agendas will be filled in as they come available - and since it is a Wiki, the community members are of course able to create these for yourself, no need to wait for me - you can optionally also leave comments on these pages too, with ideas, thoughts, and perspectives. For the benefit of those who have used Google Calendar to keep track of the events, I have filled in the At-Large calendar with the events from the above page -- both ALAC events and other workshop and open meetings that are of interest and don't conflict. If you use Google Calendar and would like access to the At-Large events, please ask Nick. If you have any additions or corrections, please let me know. Also: On your display the actual times of the meetings may look strange; this is because I have entered them in using Delhi time, which will look different on other time zones. If you change your settings to the Indian Standard Time you will see the same times as the attendees will. - Evan
Thanks Evan - note that everyone can view the At-Large calendar; it is imbedded into the front page of every RALO homepage, plus the alac.icann.org site, and the ALAC working wiki at http://st.icann.org/alac. Note that all meetings except those entered in by Evan as mentioned below are always set at UTC, so that they match the agenda pages for the various At-Large wiki meetings.
