Please find attached a slightly revised template on Legitimacy/Outreach. As mentioned this afternoon I consider Rec 1 to be covered by our discussions regarding Larry's paper containing recommendations concerning GAC. So I propose that tomorrow we concentrate our discussions on Rec 2.
