Publication
The Draft Report was published for Public Comment on 21 October. Updated version of the report was uploaded today (adding Appendix C – SSR and deleting one sentence on page 17, per Brian). The translations of the Public Comment Announcement and the Executive Summary into 5 UN languages, plus Portuguese were completed yesterday and are in the process of being posted by web admin. This will be completed on 24 October, well within the 28 October due date for posting materials for public comment for ICANN 48.
The translations of the body of the ATRT2 Draft Report and the ICC Report into 5 UN languages, plus Portuguese are currently underway.
Staff feedback
Appropriate staff have begun a detailed review and analysis of the published report for accuracy, clarity and preliminary assessment of implementability. Staff feedback will be collected at a detailed recommendation level, summarized and presented to the Board for their consideration prior to meeting with the ATRT 2 in Buenos Aires. Additionally, proposed corrections, questions and other staff feedback will be summarized and presented to the Review Team as it becomes available, but no later than 9 December.
