Dear Alice!

Can you tell me if the public comments period for the Policy vs. Implementation paper has finished? Where can I find the comments? Is this an area under David Olive's  Policy Development group?

May I also ask you for the link of the full ATRT1 report as per Avri's recommendation to do our homework before LA?
