Dear Review Team Members,
With a view to streamlining the travel process, staff has edited the travel page currently available on your wiki for you to share your travel plans. This process was created in an effort to facilitate communications with ICANN constituency-travel.
ICANN constituency-travel will strictly refer to this wiki page to establish the list of travelers. The information you will need to provide is whether you:
- Intend to participate in person – Yes/No
- Intend to participate remotely – Yes/No
- Need travel travel support – Yes/No
- Need a letter of invitation – Yes/No
In order to be efficient and to address your travel requests in a timely manner (availability of seats on flights etc), deadlines have been set to launch travel procedures as soon as possible.
Please let us know what your travel plans for Durban are by Friday, 10 May – COB.
With respect to the Australia meeting, your confirmation will be needed by Friday, 17 May – COB.
Note that Members who have not confirmed their in-person participation by 10 May for Durban and by 17 May for Australia will be considered as participating remotely.
To insert your details, please make sure to log in using your wiki username and password. Click on edit, insert your details and save your changes. Please contact Staff (off list) for any assistance.
Once you have inserted your details, constituency-travel will contact you directly to request that you complete a form with additional details. Itineraries will be proposed based on your information.
We thank you for your collaboration and help.
Thanks
Very best regards
Alice
