Dear ATRT 2,
I’d like to provide you an update on the ATRT 2 letter to government officials.
· Direct distribution to 57 countries, based on lists compiled from various sources, including Governmental Stakeholder Engagement team – was completed 5 July (appropriate GAC representatives were copied on each email, where applicable)
· Distribution by GAC support staff, based on Heather’s specific recommendations – will be completed on Monday, 8 July
o GAC email list – approximately 125 countries
o Active regional organizations
o GAC web site
· Additional lists are being investigated/assembled by several regional vice presidents.
Attached is the final letter, along with the translated versions. Detailed lists of recipients will be posted for your reference next week on the ATRT 2 WIKI.
Staff will provide the Chair and Vice Chairs with a more detailed account of this project next week.
