Dear ATRT2,
Staff would like to remind you to participate in the Doodle Poll (http://doodle.com/rmvt8bimabzvv8xd) that was launched last week to select suitable times for three important meetings in December, to facilitate your work on the final report and recommendations. The purpose of these meetings is to discuss public comments, feedback from face to face meetings with stakeholder groups in Buenos Aires as well as feedback from the Board and staff, with the objective of reaching consensus on the final report and recommendations.
The Chair and Vice Chairs would like to hold three meetings as follows:
· 2 December – duration of 2 hours
· 10 December – duration of 3 hours
· 17 December – duration of 2 hours
Please indicate the time slot on each of the above dates that would be most convenient for you.
