Thinking of the PDPs that really worked and those that did not, how do you characterize "working"? Can you identify any set of core principles or patterns to predict what works and what does not in the running of a PDP? Based on those principles, can you identify what we need to improve overall effectiveness?

There is no need to identify which PDPs you put in which category in the RT meeting in Durban, but you will be expected to be completely candid and open with the Independent Expert.
